Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of e61v1s-m4.myshopify.com and any purchase from Niels Merino, based in the United States.

Using the site or placing an order constitutes acceptance.

Scope

Applies to every visitor and every customer, regardless of how they access the site.

Eligibility

  • Must be 18 or older, or acting with a parent or guardian's permission
  • Must be legally capable of entering a binding contract under U.S. law

Account

  • You are responsible for the security of your login
  • Activity under your account is treated as your own

Order flow

An order is a two-step process:

  1. Submission — your offer to buy at the price shown at checkout
  2. Confirmation — our acceptance, sent by email

No contract exists between submission and confirmation. Before confirmation, we may decline an order for reasons including:

  • Item unavailability
  • Pricing or description error
  • Suspected fraud
  • Breach of these Terms

Paid orders that we cancel are refunded in full.

Pricing

  • Currency: USD
  • Prices may change without notice
  • The price displayed at checkout is the price we honor for that order
  • Manifestly incorrect prices (typos, misplaced decimals) may be cancelled with a full refund

Payment

Due at checkout through the methods offered. Submission constitutes confirmation of authorization to use the payment method.

Shipping and returns

Governed by the Shipping Policy and the Return and Refund Policy. Both apply to every order.

Product descriptions

Described with reasonable accuracy. Minor variations in color, texture, or measurement — from screen differences or natural materials — are not defects.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, imagery, illustrations, graphic design, video, source code, layout, and the "Niels Merino" name — is our property or used under license. U.S. copyright and trademark law applies.

Permitted: browsing, sharing links, saving pages for personal reference.

Requires written consent: commercial reproduction, use of brand assets in a third-party business, scraping or mirroring, modification or redistribution.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site unlawfully or fraudulently
  • Compromise the site's security or the security of its users
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or spam
  • Use bots or scrapers without permission
  • Impersonate anyone

Warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement) are disclaimed.

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Liability

We may revise these Terms. Revisions take effect on publication. Continued use = acceptance.
