Shipping Policy

Every order ships free within the United States. Full details below.

Cost

Free on every order. No minimum spend, no handling fee, no shipping added at checkout. The checkout total is the final total.

Service area

• All 50 U.S. states
• APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
• U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI) — extended transit

International shipping is not offered.

Processing

Orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Peak periods (launches, sales, December holidays) may add 1–2 business days. Delayed orders receive an email.

Delivery estimates

Beginning the business day after dispatch:

Estimates are given in good faith. Carrier-side factors are outside our control.

Carriers

USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Chosen per order based on destination and package size.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed at dispatch. Allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan. Missing after 3 business days? Check spam, then reach out.

Address accuracy

You provide the address at checkout. If you spot an error:

• Once shipped, the address is locked
• Orders delivered to a wrong address you provided are not our responsibility

Missing packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't found:

1. Check the delivery location and surrounding areas
2. Ask neighbors or building staff
3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
4. If missing 7 days after the delivery date, contact us

Damaged packages

Photograph item and packaging within 48 hours. Email to us. Replacement or refund at your choice.

Returned packages

If the carrier returns a package (wrong address, refused, uncollected), we reach out. Reshipping may apply.
